Comparing Fractions

This morning in room 4 we used The Math Learning Center website to compare fractions. We compared 3/8, 4/10 and 1/3 to see which one is the smallest. Using this website I didn’t really learn much, but it could help a lot when I need it. Do you find this website helpful?

1/3 is the smallest and here is how I quickly worked it out

Tags on blogs-ICF

Today In room four for ICF we were learning about tags on blog posts and we created charts in Google sheets for how many tags each person had. I found this ICF lesson really easy, as we just had to count for part of it.

Do you know how many tags you have in total? How many do you have for cybersmart??

Here is my chart!!

Digital Life

Today in room 4 for ICF we were talking about how we contact others/what apps we do that on. We were also talking about digital footprints. I didn’t mind doing this, it was very simple and easy to do. If you did this, did you find answering the questions easy or difficult?

2028 Olympics-25/7/2024

Today in room 4 we watched a video and learnt that these 5 sports will be at the Olympics in 2028 at LA. There will be Cricket, Squash, Flag football, Baseball/softball and lacrosse.

Here is a link to a video of someone playing lacrosse:

I have chosen this video of people playing lacrosse because I

have never seen anyone play it before, have you seen anyone play it?

Lacrosse is a game played by two teams in which the players each use a long stick with a net at the end to catch, carry and throw a small ball and try to get the ball in the other team’s goal.

I liked doing this work, it was very simple and easy for me.
